Bosch's Carbide Technology (Carbide Technology from Bosch) is used for this special hard ceramic drill. Carbide is the hardest of all metals. It is combined with an advanced, multi-edged tip that distributes the workload across multiple asymmetrical surfaces. This complex drill tip, which is manufactured using a fine grinding manufacturing process, also allows precise drilling without slipping and scratching. The Bosch Expert HEX-9 hard ceramic drill is suitable for drilling ceramics. It can drill holes in hard tiles without lubricant or cooling.
